Remember, this asshole was surprised when he realized that "Leonid lied" [about invading Afghanistan in 1980.]

Actually, Carter did surprise me once. It was the time he actually had the cojones to send Delta Force to Iran. (BTW, Rory, your brother was visiting me at the time and he was surprised too.)
